This online workshop is interactive in nature and provides attendees with the opportunity to explore some scenarios relating to teams in the online zoom breakout rooms.

Topics explored over the 2 week series include:

• Identifying potential triggers in teams 
• Team Dynamics 
• Team Decision Making & Conflict Situations 
• Effective Minute Taking

Facilitator Bio:

Kieran Sweeney is an accredited Post Primary based coach with experience as an AP1, Deputy Principal, Principal and previous Director of the Limerick Education Centre. He is a trained and approved competency based interview chairperson with the JMB.
