The webinar will focus on deepening participants' understanding of conflict, the triggers that can exacerbate a situation and will offer suggested approaches to manage the situation more effectively.

- Participants will be offered approaches to reflect upon that will assist them in addressing conflict
- Participants will be offered the opportunity to reflect on their current practices when they encounter conflictual situations
