After long periods of stress and intense stress, it can often take people many weeks to unwind. Overthinking and poor habits can further compound this. This workshop will give you insights and practices that you can easily incorporate into your daily life that will help you slow down so you can shift gears, enjoy your summer and return more refreshed for the next school year.

Calodagh is an accredited master practitioner in Wellbeing. She delivers wellbeing programmes to Corporates, Public Sector Bodies and the Education Sector. Clients include Danone, the IRFU, Bank of Ireland, the INMO, Press Up Entertainment and Wexford and Limerick Education Centres. She writes a weekly article on wellbeing for Independent News and Media regional publications.
