Restorative Wellbeing: Yoga & Meditation for Teachers and SNAs

Yoga & Meditation in Limerick Education Support Centre.

Don't miss out! - Number limited to 18 participants

Following our hugely popular Summer courses on Yoga & Mindfulness in the Classroom, we are delighted to welcome Muireann Sadlier to the Centre for a monthly restorative wellbeing session, designed specifically for teachers and SNAs.

This gentle floor-based yoga and meditation practice provides an opportunity to pause, unwind, and nurture your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing in a calm and supportive environment.

Through guided breathwork, meditation, and restorative yoga, participants will learn simple techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, build resilience, and support overall wellbeing. Each session offers practical strategies that can be incorporated into daily life and school settings.

Participants will also receive classroom-ready resources to support the implementation of wellbeing initiatives with pupils. These resources are linked to the Primary Curriculum across SPHE, Physical Education, Maths, and Receptive Language, helping to foster positive wellbeing practices throughout the school community.

Focus Areas:

  • Breathwork and relaxation techniques
  • Meditation and mindfulness practices
  • Gentle floor-based yoga
  • Physical wellbeing
  • Mental health and emotional wellbeing
  • Classroom wellbeing resources and activities

Take time each month to restore, recharge, and invest in your own wellbeing while gathering practical ideas to support the wellbeing of the children and young people in your care.
