Strategic Vision Planning & School Improvement

Strategic Vision Planning & School Improvement

School leadership can easily become consumed by the day-to-day - staffing, emails, meetings, policies, unexpected issues and simply keeping everything moving.
But effective leadership also requires us to lift our heads and ask:
Where are we going as a school - and how are we going to get there?
Strategic vision is about turning the bigger picture into realistic, achievable action. It means creating a shared vision, involving staff in meaningful priorities, using evidence to identify what genuinely needs improvement, and making sure improvement planning doesn't become another document sitting on a shelf.

In this webinar we'll explore how school leaders can:
✨ Develop a clear and shared school vision
✨ Move from vision → priorities → action
✨ Connect strategic planning with School Self-Evaluation (SSE)
✨ Engage staff without creating initiative overload
✨ Set meaningful and measurable improvement goals
✨ Monitor progress and know when something is actually making a difference
✨ Build improvement into the everyday life of the school

Strategic planning isn't about doing more. It's about being clearer about what matters most.
