Bee Ready Series - The DNA of Wellbeing

Part 2: Connection, Hope & Resilience

The DNA of Friends & Colleagues • The DNA of Dreams • The DNA of Hard Times

Wellbeing does not happen in isolation. This session explores the people around us, the dreams that keep us moving forward and what happens when life or work becomes difficult. Participants will consider healthy workplace relationships, boundaries and belonging, while exploring hope, aspirations and practical ways of navigating challenging periods without losing themselves in the process.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Recognise how friendships, collegial relationships, boundaries and a sense of belonging influence wellbeing at work.
  2. Explore the role of dreams, goals and hope in maintaining motivation, purpose and personal growth.
  3. Identify practical strategies for navigating difficult periods, setbacks and uncertainty while maintaining connection and perspective.
