This Masterclass is to assist school leaders with the implementation of the Berry Street Education Model.

Participants will be guided through a planning process that supports sustainable whole school change. Drawing on trauma informed practice, positive psychology and implementation science, we will;

• Introduce the BSEM implementation continuum
• set intentions for whole school change
• delve deeper into practical approaches to whole-school change
• consider whole-school procedures to support professional development
• work on the development of Implementation Action Plans
• explore systems for monitoring change
