The aim of this course is to encourage and prepare teachers to apply for and prepare for interviews for AP II positions in their schools.

Norma is currently on a career break from her role as Deputy Principal in Laurel Hill Coláiste FCJ. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education Leadership and a MA in Management for Education. Norma is also a Life and Leadership Coach, with a specific focus on coaching for education leadership.
