Supporting your Adolescent through Exam Stress
Facing and preparing for exams can be extremely stressful for teenagers. It can also be a stressful time for parents and those supporting them.
This webinar will outline ways of supporting teenagers facing the stress of studying and exams.
It will offer practical advice and support for parents, teachers, and those in support roles. The importance of routine, exercise, breaks, and relaxation will be explored. Participants will be introduced to evidence-based CBT skills which are proven to help reduce the stress associated with exams.

Facilitator - Nicola Culloty
Nicola Culloty is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. Nicola is the founder of Full Circle CBT, an online practice offering CBT to children, adolescents, and adults. Nicola has completed a Masters in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and has recently completed a Diploma in Traumatology and PTSD.
Nicola has worked as a primary school teacher for over twenty years. She became very interested in mental health in her role as teacher and home school community liaison. Nicola is an advocate of Relationship-Based Practice and helps organisations to apply this model when supporting others.
Nicola provides specialist support to schools, agencies, and workplaces on managing relationships, mental health, stress management and using CBT in schools and workplaces.
