The DNA of Wellbeing. Part 1: Understanding Yourself

Bee Ready Series - The DNA of Wellbeing
Part 1: Understanding Yourself
The DNA of Direction • The DNA of the Mirror • The DNA of Feelings
This session begins with you. We explore where you are going, how you see yourself and how emotions influence the way you experience your working day. Participants will reflect on their sense of direction, recognise the importance of self-awareness and consider how understanding emotions can support wellbeing rather than allowing emotions to take over.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Reflect on their personal and professional direction and identify what gives their work meaning and purpose.
- Explore self-perception through the DNA of the Mirror, recognising strengths, internal dialogue and the impact of comparison.
- Develop greater emotional awareness and identify practical ways to acknowledge, regulate and respond to feelings.
