NEPS Incredible Years Teacher Classroom Management Training (IYTCM) 2022/2023

Join us for six days of training focusing on:

• Building positive relationships with children and their parents/carers
• Proactive classroom management and preventing problems arising
• Praise, attention, encouragement and coaching
• Motivating children through effective use of incentives
• Proactive discipline to decrease inappropriate behaviours
• Using time out to calm down0
• Teaching children’s social skills, emotional regulation skills and problem-solving
• Developing a comprehensive behaviour support plan

IYTCM Training will take place face-to-face in Limerick Education Centre from 9.00a.m. – 3p.m on the following dates: Please note: if accepted, you must attend all workshops as listed below:

Wednesday 19th October, Tuesday 15th November, Tuesday 6th December 2022 
Tuesday 10th January, Tuesday 31st January, Tuesday 21st February 2023

(1) new DEIS schools 2022-23 
(2) existing DEIS schools
(3) non-DEIS schools.
