Exploring Behaviour through a CBT Lens - 3 Part Online Series.

Dates: 2nd November, 9th November, 16th November 2026

Description

  • This practical and reflective 3-part webinar series explores behaviour through a CBT-informed and relationship-based lens. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of behaviour as communication and examine the possible emotional, cognitive and environmental factors influencing behaviour within educational settings.
  • The series explores the interaction between thoughts, emotions, physiological responses and behaviours, while considering the role of anxiety, emotional overload, attachment needs and disengagement in behavioural presentation. Participants will also explore how adult responses, school systems and relationships can influence escalation, regulation and connection.
  • Throughout the series, participants will be introduced to practical, supportive and evidence-informed approaches that aim to strengthen emotional safety, reduce escalation and support more effective behavioural responses within school communities.
